[CL] [ECO] Visual issue- no weekly rent for San Myshuno and Evergreen Harbor

I've tested this in a vanilla save and the bills do arrive the next following week on Mondays with the correct billing. It seems it's just a visual issue with the rent being displayed incorrectly!

After reading this I played in different apartments and it appears to be visual as you wrote, except for 17 Culpepper House. I'm going to try different sims and create a vanilla save to make sure there isn't something else that might be causing it.
