What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all packs except...Realm of Magic, Vampires, Small Pets and Spooky Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to attend a festival (no matter the household). Flea Market, romance festival, and so forth
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing there but an empty lot. As if "WE FOOLED YOU!" LOL
What do you expect to see? I expect there to be a festival. I expect there to be the great and fabulous Flea Market
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the most recent patch 02/20
In short...the festivals and flea market are now MIA. My Sims are cued to attend, but upon arrival you quickly realize there's nothing there.

Sorry I am just now getting back on this topic. So the lot had been changed in a sense. I had one of my Sims buy a restaurant connected, or next to flee market. I had my sim sell the restaurant and all is back to normal. I thought i'd mention it because (this) information might help a fellow player.
Thank you crinrict for trying to help, and actually you did because that's what led me to sell the property to return it to previous lot type.
