[CL] Festivals not spawning after editing lot

Sorry I am just now getting back on this topic. So the lot had been changed in a sense. I had one of my Sims buy a restaurant connected, or next to flee market. I had my sim sell the restaurant and all is back to normal. I thought i'd mention it because (this) information might help a fellow player. 

Thank you crinrict for trying to help, and actually you did because that's what led me to sell the property to return it to previous lot type.
