Thank you both for your help.
Unfortunately nothing brought the festivals back.
I really learned a lot by the way: disabling packs and uninstalling the game for example was new to me. But I managed to do it, never to old to learn😉.
I think I’ll play the game without the festivals and in the mean time keep an eye out for possible solutions.

@Soesasoesa Sad to hear that not even resetting the packs worked. I hope this issue can one day be fixed.
