[CL] Gremlins break unbreakable objects/endless repair

i think this 'bug' is w the gremlin and/or unbreakable trait, not the single device itself.  i've notice that making electronics Unbreakable as Handy -be it tv, robo-vac, computer, radio, etc- that me, butler, or repair srvc could be standing at device frvr.  using RoM Repairo, or Replace $$$, will stop the loop.  happens enuf that i've given up on the issue and never made them Unbreakable.
