[CL] Sim circles around lamp post on bike in San Myshuno when clicking go home

What happens when the bug occurs? when my Sim goes to the flea market in San Myshuno, and has the scenic commuting bicycle in their inventory, when I hit the go home option on my Sims profile icon, they will bicycle to the edge of the map and do circles around a lamp post. I am unable to stop this action from the queue, I am unable to override it with another action. I have to wait until my sim passes out from exhaustion before I am finally able to get out of that motion and go to the next scene. I have been able to replicate this issue twice. I have not attempted to replicate it further. I have captured a short video on my PlayStation system, but I was unsure how to attach it to this forum post. If needed, I can update it to YouTube and give the link.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
