[CL] Street Gallery: Sims only pay regular price when marked up (or nothing)

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1....

@Cooldad3264 Does this only happen if you mark up to 300 or also with lower markups ?

What about if you leave it on normal, do they pay every time then ?

It happens at all markup prices. I tried one painting at a time, sometimes they would buy at correct markup prices and sometimes (mostly) not at all and just walk away with free art.  The only one i didn't try was 0% because I could just sell straight to collector/gallery for that.
