[CL] Toddlers stretch to react to earthquake

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have toddlers on a lot with the earthquake lot challenge from City Living
What happens when the bug occurs? When the toddlers react to the earthquake, they stretch up to child height briefly. They do the same gasp of fear animation child Sims do, then shrink back down.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers to either have their own reaction to the earthquake, or to ignore it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

While I do usually have mods in my game, this has happened on all my toddlers in my current no-mod test save, many times each.

I don’t know how long it’s been a bug as I just got City Living.
