[CoL] Errand tasks completed but do not progress

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.92.145.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except high school years, werewolves, batuu, kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Choose any errand and sometimes you may encounter this problem
What happens when the bug occurs? The tasks in the errands show that they are completed but they are 'stuck' and don't show the next task. However, the next task is available since the next task can be completed as well.
What do you expect to see? The right task description
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Sometimes it happens to me that I complete a task within an errand, but the next task is not shown. The task is 'yellow' so it does show as completed. Also, the next task can be completed as all options to complete it are available. Traveling seems to resolve the issue, then the right task is shown but sometimes it seems to revert back.
In the screenshots you can see:
- all tasks are completed, new ones not shown
- despite the new task is not shown, the right action to complete the next task is available
