@PipMenaceI have traveled to the lot 3X through the pub which is where you are taken by default when you click on the notification, once to the llama fair, once to the chicken fair, and once to the harvest fair, each time there was no fair to attend but the grocery booth did allow me to sell my produce at a 10% markup as advertised in the Fenwick flyer so that’s something. Weirdest darn bug. I’m disappointed, I paid for this expansion and I can’t even use one of the primary features. I’m giving up on ever being able to attend
I’ve had other problems with cottage living as well, only crumplebottom shows up to her proper job, but some random townie is manning the produce booth and it’s a different one each time, Michael bell is tending bar at the gnomes arms and Kim has taken up waitressing! The Fenwick sign won’t even acknowledge these characters exist, frankly the whole pack is bugged !

Okay, I have solved the mystery of the missing fair, which is ironic since my sim is literally Sherlock Holmes lololol. Apparently I can enter the fair via either residential lots of Finchwick but NOT from the gnomes arms lot. Full disclosure. I changed the gnomes arms lot status from a bar to a restaurant because I wanted the pub to serve meals not just snacks and idk if that has affected the game play but I will experiment by changing the lot status and reporting back. So for now, here is the work around, if your fair is missing and your sim does NOT already live in Finchwick, come to the fair by visiting a finchwick residential lot, NOT the pub and the fair should show up. Hope this helps people, this a very weird bug indeed

I also changed the lot from bar to restaurant in this save as well. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

@Knotwise13 @Kittyarow I suspect that's it - the restaurant system is similar to the retail one right? I think basically the fair breaks if accessed via an ownable business lot. I'll bet if you built a vet clinic on the square, accessing the fair from there would break too.
