[CoL] [HR] [VGSP] Service NPCs doen't clean chicken coop

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Lovestruck.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a chicken coop, hire a ranch hand, wait for coop to get dirty.
What happens when the bug occurs? The ranch hand interacts with the chickens but doesn't clean the coop.
What do you expect to see? The ranch hand doing their job, which should include cleaning the coop, since they can interact with the chickens just fine.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This is probably an oversight rather than a bug, per se, but it's baffling why it hasn't been changed yet.
