[CoL] Incorrect Gender Flag on Hairstyle

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the CAS items from the new Cottage Living Expansion.
What happens when the bug occurs? A hairstyle appears to be tagged for the wrong gender.
What do you expect to see? The hairstyle in question should show up for masculine sims by default.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed Cottage Living.

There's a new hairstyle from the Cottage Living pack that shows up as a feminine option by default, but not a masculine option. I'm surprised because the hair is featured on a male sim character extensively in trailers/promotional material and is even on a male sim that ships with the pack - Michael Bell, the Creature Keeper.

Maybe this was intentional, but it seems like it might be an oversight?

If it was changed to be a masculine default too, players could use the hair on male sims without having to turn off the masculine filter, which is faster and easier.

The hair in question is pictured in my attached screenshot.
