Hi,

My Sim still remain a ghost even tough she ate 4-5 Ambriosas. Don't know what to do

Unless you want to use a mod, there's nothing you can do. Like so many other things, Ambrosia is broken in the game.

You can use the MCCC mod's cheat function to remove the "Death by ..." trait on the sim. That will make them human again.
