@Psychotps @crinrict @xochiquetzl_xkvn I have now tried with the wishing well and it still doesn't work to wish for life, she still remains a ghost even tough the wish was granted. I suppose it is a big error in the game to not revive. Do any of you guys know where I can download one of theese mods to revive my sim?

Yeah, the wishing well is hit-or-miss unless you shift-click to cheat for positive outcomes. That said, I don't know if it would work for a bunny attack or not because of the issue Crinrict linked.
