I tried to replicate this in my game.
So, I killed a sim with the killer rabbit cheat and tried to bring her back to life with ambrosia that I got from the gallery. She did the resurrection animation, but stayed a ghost. I tried a few times, with no success. I tried ambrosia from several different accounts on the gallery, to make sure that there wasn’t anything wrong specifically with the one I first picked.
Then I tried “traits.remove_trait KillerRabbit”, it worked like a charm. So it seems like ambrosia is missing the “traits.remove_trait KillerRabbit” function.
I didn’t try any of the other resurrection methods, I couldn’t remember which other ways wouldn’t need me spending a day on it.
