[COL][FR] Halo-Halo does not require ingredients even with Simple Living on

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.345.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to Crystal Creations
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Turn on the simple living lot challenge and try cooking Halo-Halo.
What happens when the bug occurs? Halo-Halo will not require any ingredients and can be made with none.
What do you expect to see? I expect the simple living lot challenge to make all meals require ingredients to make, including Halo-Halo.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    Yeah, I noticed that in my game too. It's a shame this hasn't been added since it is made with coconut, milk, sugar and other tropical fruits and those ingredients are already in the game.

    I've just also discovered this in my game and it seems a little silly having the dish always available even with Simple Living lot challenge on. This also is the same for the food items in the pressure cooker.

    Yes I am having this issue and same for the sims not needing ingredients to make meals in the new pressure cooker.
