This missing text can be found by going to a stump with wild birds in it, clicking "give gifts" and then hovering over the option "give milk".

It says "Mælk kan fåes ved at malke en ko, købe det hos købmanden i [NEIGHBOURHOOD NAME] (....)"

I'm pretty sure that's supposed to say "købe det hos købmanden i Hønseherred"
