Hello,
I dont think this issue has been reported, But there is a aparent problem with the shower,
The shower remains on once a Sim has left the shower, The sims can resum showering in the shower, but the water animation dose not stop, If you enter buy mode, and try and delete the shower, the shower will move but the animation is still there,
(And its noisy)
To get rid of this I had to restar the sims game.
Thanks

It was on the list under Animations but it doesn't have a thread yet since it was reported in the old thread so I added this one.
Did you try
- Replacing the wall behind the shower ?
- Replacing the shower itself ?
- testingcheats true --> Reset (Debug) on the shower ?

Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. I tried the first two but not the reset one. When I go back into the game tomorrow I will try that. Thanks so much for your help. You are one generous lady to give your time to us.

I never have to use the testingcheatstrue, I just open the box with ctrl shift and c and I put in the cheat and it works and goes into the game. Weird, now I am going to be worrying about that LOL.

I am playing one of the bigger houses that EA made, I can't think of the name right now, but the bathroom in there has a shower and the shower keeps running and the graphic for that will not go off, I took out the shower to see if that would help but the water part of the graphic stayed there! Now I tried to put the shower back and it will not go back and I also tried to change the shower but it tells me that it can;t go through another itenm or something like that I get the red graphic. My sims can shower in it, but there is no physical shower stall or shower head there just the graphics. This is really weird looking.

Could you check the second post if anything helps you

This has happened to me twice, and both occurances involved the sim being still fully clothed when trying to use the shower/jet baths. Travelling to another lot and back seemed to fix it for me.

My Sim washed the dishes and suddenly he gets wet after some kind of failure. So now there is an animation where the water is still running and the bubbles are still there. Even after I reset or delete it, they will still be there. Tried resetting or deleting the counter but it still does it.

@iiCozyAnja Merged with shower animation issue. Try if it goes away when you travel.

I played sims 4 for quite a long time already, but just now the glitches started. After my sim took a shower, the shower stayed on, even after the sim got out of the shower. I deleted the shower, and still saw water coming out of the place where the shower was. Same happened to the stove. The stove broke, my sim fixed it, and the blue heat animation was still there, even when no one is using the stove. I think the more I play the game, the glitchier it gets. I don't know why, but please try to fix it, it's an annoying glitch. I can make a video of the glitch if you want me to.

I am getting a ghost shower animation with the Modern shower (cheapest shower in game). My sim exited the shower and the animation for it keeps going, I've tried deleting the shower and rebuying it, but the shower continues to stay on. It's not broken because I don't get the repair or replace option, and it appears that it's making my bathroom flood.

if you exit out of the game completely and relaunch does it stop

I have had this happen, it's minor and doesn't affect gameplay but it's clearly not intended.
After showering the shower will still run until I change screens.I've also had a sim get out of the shower and not get dressed (multiple times), he'll just walk around the house and yard in all his naked, pixelated glory. No sims react like he's naked though.

Please make a new thread for your second issue if you want it added to the list. You can also report in the small bugs thread.

I had that happen to me today, took lots of showers hoping it'd go off, it never did. Removed that shower, put in a new one, the water was still running. Left it alone for a while, forgot about it, went back to mess with it some more and it was off. Strange !

I deleted the shower and exited the game after replacing the shower didn't work. When I came back to the game the next day, the animation was gone. So deletion and restarting or going to main menu and restarting may be the key for now.
