Hi guys!
I looked through the list of known bugs and did not see this in the list, so please let me know if this is happening to you as well or if it's just my computer. (God I hope not, I just got the graphics card replaced a couple of months ago.)
But, I'm not having any major graphical glitches with the exception of some of my Sim's UI "disappears" after switching to a new Sim. Now, I'm not talking about the 50x50 icons, I'm talking about the actual moodlet UI; the ones that changes depending on what mood your Sim is. I had this issue previously and it fixed on it's own, but now everytime I switch between the two, they disappear again!
- Are you using mods (Please answer with: Yes, Never, Removed) --> Never
- Are you using custom content (as in clothing and objects) No
- What is your Operating System (XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1) Win 8
- Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game ? Download
Graphical Issues (Computer Stats)
- Intel core i7 processor,
- 4GIGs of Ram,
- 2 Gigs of VRAM
- GeForce GTX 765m graphics card
- Win 8 operating system.
Hopefully someone has a resolve for this.

Edit 2; I have found a temporary fix to this. When the game is started, do not switch between the current active Sim (the Portrait should be there from start up unless you have switched) and the house hold Sims for a couple of hours in game, the problem should fix itself again.
@Grawvie Merged with this one. Disappearing was reported in the old bug thread and it's kinda similar so I merged them before even if there was no real report on it on here.

Yesterday I started having this issue much more than 1 time here and there.. It was throughout my playtime..
I have a
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4930K CPU @ 3.40GHz
AMD Radeon(TM) R9 270
RAM 16GB
When you hover your cursor over a sim it generally shows the sim's name, age, mood and clubs (in 'Get Together') etc and then disappear when you move your mouse. For some sims (usually just one) the image above their head telling me their basic details won't go away. I have tried resetting/ debugging the individual sim but it won't get rid of it. Please help.
(this bug was happening before i downloaded/ added 'Get Together'.)
Sometimes I have the information bubble that appears above a sim when you hover it stuck there forever. It will not go away even when you hover other sims or objects. Travelling does not clear the stuck information, although restarting the game has worked for me before. It does happen regularly though.
