[COLLECTION THREAD] Stuck Display

I have the same problem, only it's usually with the sims.

I'm having this exact same issue. Except with mine it was a neighbor that showed up at my house. The neighbor began an offensive conversation with my sim then left my lot when it got late. Its sim days later & the offensive conversation thing is still showing at the top of my screen like she's still on the lot. I am running Windows 7. I've tried doing everything I can think of including resetting my sims. Nothing is working.

so my two sims had a conversation and the it ended but it still had the tab at the top saying like casual disscusion and the other sims feeling! they have even gone to work and gone in different rooms and it stayed the same?!?!!? please help as it wont go away ☹️

The disussion bubble at the top is stuck and that person is not in my household

I've got one on my friends whose socialization/conversation bar is stuck at the top of the screen. I've tried to talk to other people but that does not make it go away. Resetting the game worked but it happened again the next time I chatted with that person.

When I was playing on a Dell with Windows XP, I've encountered this bug on October 3, 2014 on a thread where the window stays although I'm not socializing. I would say this bug might have existed since the Ghosts Update but still occurs on the Feburary patch on my Win 7 system. A fix is saving and loading the game, going to Manage Worlds, or going to a different lot.

I noticed this a while back, but can't remember when exactly. I think it's a bug perhaps. My Sim has had a conversation with someone; then let's say the other person goes home; the conversation bubble at the top of the middle of the screen that you watch to gauge how the conversation/relationship is going, stays stuck up there on the last person my Sim spoke with, not including family members. Even though the other Sim has left, I can still see how their mood is changing while they're off doing who knows what. I can't get rid of it. Even if my Sim goes and interacts with a family member, the other conversation monitor is still lingering. Once my Sim stops interacting with the family member, it drops back down to monitoring just the other absent Sim. Help please!
