Both the name and requirements for this achievement are related to whims, which have since been renamed to wants.
Lovestruck hasn't even come out yet, but I noticed this in the early access videos:
"Others" in both circled instances should be "Wish for Others' Unhappiness" and "Wish for Others' Happiness" (with an apostrophe).
