Color bug - Blank or black paintings, pictures and pets

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? SIms 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except high school years
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? When I do a painting it goes blank, cam pictures go black and pets too
What do you expect to see? To be able to see my paintings, pictures and pets (he colors/patterns)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest July Patch to prep for high-school years 1.62 I think?
It's all related to the same visual bug, when I do a painting it goes blank (white canvas), cam pictures go black and pets I created lost all their colors and go black too. The pets generated by the game seems to be fine.
