[Common] Sims Canceling Actions

I know there are a few bugs already submitted for actions being cancelled randomly and other mulit-tasking bugs, but it seems to me that Bartending has got to be the worst culprit. Just threw a party, had sim bartending and using "Ask about drinks" social. Each sim they talked to would have an interaction plumbob above their heads, but then suddenly the queue was empty and there was no-one to make drinks for.

Later, I told her to Tend Bar while I did stuff with my other sim, and came back to find her walking around the bar to chat to people. This is with Autonomy off and Disable Autonomy for selected Sim turned on as well. I then asked her to perform bar tricks and she did the same thing, walking off to flirt with someone.

Bartending as a whole needs a good overhaul. Mixing drinks while chatting takes far too long compared to mixing without chatting. Trying to engage multiple people in chat so that you can Make Drinks for Group usually ends up with a cleared queue.
