Community Board Missing From Build Menu [EA Responses Only]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? EP07: 1.assets.live-ep07.125
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all available packs for this game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase the Eco Lifestyle pack. Then build a community area in build mode. It is a required item.
What happens when the bug occurs? You either: 1) See an empty window when you select the words “community board.” 2) You will see all items expect the Community Voting Board in the pack’s build items 3) You will most likely still not see it even with debug, bb.showhiddenobjects, bb.showliveobjects, bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlements, etc. 4) You will experience the same problem even if you uninstall & reinstall the game & purchased packs. 5) EA live chat only tells you it has been escalated, directs you to this less than useful forum where they claim they will personally answer but you only get responses from other gamers. I am not interested in replies that are not from EA whatsoever! 5) No response to help request from @EAHelp on Twitter
What do you expect to see? 1) I expect EA to publicly acknowledge players that have reported this & keep us updated on what is being done to fix the bug, receive something from EA to let us know you all actually care & is sorry for our long inconvenience by creating a free stuff pack for everyone on all platforms to enjoy, a gift credit to our EA account. Anything but be left hanging. 2) I expect to be able to place the community board without any problem.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
