"compact bar" from the login rewards event not working/not functional

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything except cozy bistro, party essentials and urban homage kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? "compact bar" from the login rewards event is not functional, try to use it yourself. You cannot click on it, there is no menu showing up, such as "make drink". No option is visible.
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing, the item seems to have no function
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to make a drink and level up the mixology skill as the item description says
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
