Console: UI Scaling, Build Mode, Cursor off screen error.

the bug has exsisted since the UI scaling option was released.

latest PS4 version release. on my PS5.

all except highschool, pastel and the clutter stuff.

scale UI to a small but recommended size on a 4k tv. go to build mode and select one of the two top build options. move cursor, it should happen.

the cursor will be at the very bottom of the screen and can be moved horizontally. in a odd area only.

no CC or mods. this aught too explain enough.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing with a controller: Launch a new game Once exited CAS with a new sim, move them into any lot Open Build Mode. Build mode catalog (to select doors, windows etc) Try accessing any of the icons. Open Buy Mode by Room Buy mode by room catalog (example: kitchen: counters / fridges / appliances Try accessing any of the icons
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to select any of the icons in build mode or in buy by room. My cursor disappears and I am unable to move it "up" from the bottom of the screen, and can only move it across to view household funds. Regardless of how many times I flip between the various options, my cursor disappears entirely and I cannot select any doors, windows, wallpapers or counters, beds, fridges or any other icons un the "by room" image catalog. When plugging in a m/kb this issue disappears entirely and I can use my cursor to select all menu items regardless of which tab I am in.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to switch between the various icons to open various catalogs to select items to use for building and buying. The cursor should not disappear or get "stuck" at the bottom of the screen. I have attached a video link below where you are able to see the bug in action, wherever you see my cursor moving from left to right at the bottom left of my screen, that's when I am actively trying to press "up" on my controller to move the cursor up onto any of the icons in that catolog.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
