What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? every game and stuff pack expected for one kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open the gallery and attempted to put something down
What happens when the bug occurs? tries to put a build down from the gallery and sit say content not installed. game crashes when builds get placed
What do you expect to see? should be able to put down builds without it information nothing installed when everything is installed. games shouldn't crash when a build is installed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Since the spa day pack refresh
Can’t place builds since spa day update game will either saying content not installed or will crash when the build is placed. The builds will only go down completely empty. All packs are own and installed but one kit.
message even appears if you import sims created during the same session, doesn't occur when no packs used
Thankfully, my game has never crashed since this began happening, but I am so sorry your game is crashing on you.
