'Content not installed' when placing household from library

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1....

I cannot download anything from my library, or visit Mt. Komorebi. Is there an update that is going to fix this???. I have all the packs why won't it work?

Rightclick the game in Origin and Select repair. Wait for it to finish then test your game.

    And I spoke with EAHelp and they said I have to wait for a new update to come out for it can be fixed.

      Seems like the game was updated today with "1500 new colors" but they didn't fix this on Xbox. So annoying & frustrating.
