I play on a PS4 and same thing happened to me today. My game was stuck and I had to force quit the game. I reloaded my autosave file and got a notification saying some thing might missin because of an incomplete save. Then I got another notification saying my content is not installed. The next thing I saw was almost all my items in the whole build of my current played household turned into base game items. Checked my other builds and played households and yes, the same problem. Some of my sims even turned bald and naked because of missing content. I tried replacing my build from my library, but got the same notification again ‘content not installed ‘. I have all my packs installed. Restarted the game and even restarted my PS4. Nothing helped. My save file is unplayable now.

@NANABUILDS While the content not installed is definitely this bug, the missing content sounds like your console is offline or went offline and your console is not set to primary or the account that owns the content is no longer set to primary on your console.

I tried that and it still does not work. Thanks for trying.
- 4 years ago@PoptartJuniper No, I’m pretty sure I was online while playing the game. Nonetheless, playing offline has never affected my game play. The content of the packs were always available. I have checked my save again today. Still had base game items and my sims were still bald and undressed. ☹️ I still get the “content not available” notification, but it is available tho. It took me almost an whole day to fix in CAS and built mode. :’)
- 4 years agoFixed my CAS and builts, but I have also discovered the NPCs being bald and undressed. I’m not sure if it’s related to the ‘content not available’ bug, but it makes quite a lot of sense why they’re undressed and bald.
