'Content not installed' when placing household from library

@thelegendofsmol I don't have too much to add. Only that I get this message every time I place a lot or household. It's a panic inducing moment but whenever I scroll through, everything seems to be in place and functioning so its more annoying than game breaking. Still it needs to be fixed so we don't just ignore the messages the game gives us!!
