'Content not installed' when placing household from library

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1....

I can't seem to find this answer anywhere but I am picking up TS4 for the first time since 2019 (cause I made a real life family). Super excited to play as my old character, but I keep getting the error of:

"Purchase of other content used in this My Library item is not installed. If you place it now, you will. It see the uninstalled content.

Do you still want to place this household?"

After comparing the pack to my downloads, I discovered that the missing pack is the Holiday Pack. When I go to make sure it's installed, I not only find it's not, but the "You Already Own This Pack" is greyed out. 

I'm not sure how to go about getting this pack reinstalled and any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Svengo42, 

    You may need to manually download the content. Could you try these steps and let us know if they helped? 

    1. Open the Microsoft store and choose Use a Code.
    2. Enter the code for your bonus content.
      • If you pre-ordered, you may have your code on a receipt or in an email.
      • When you enter your code, check it by reading it to yourself a second time. It’ll help you catch mistakes.
    3. Press the Menu button on your controller.
    4. Select Manage game and add-ons.
    5. Select your game box at the upper right of the screen.
    6. Choose Manage installation on [drive name].
      • This brings up a list of items including the game itself and any available add-ons.
    7. Check the checkbox beside every item you want to install.
    8. Select Save changes.
    9. Wait for your download to finish. This can take up to half an hour.
    10. Start your game.
