'Content not installed' when placing household from library

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1....

@DudeNamedWill I get the same error placing households and lots. I have no packs, just the vanilla game. Started after the last bug "fix". I uninstalled and redownload. Still get the error. Even when setting a Sim I created in the Sim editor. As far as I can tell, the lots and Sims are not missing anything.
