'Content not installed' when placing household from library

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1....

Same on Xbox. I saw on here it was the cats & dogs/My First Pet pack that was causing this, because they changed the pack. So, pack shows purchased but still has this error message when placing lots/sims.

    @cozybunnyxo Moved your post to the console thread. Seems a lot more common for console.
