This is happening to me, for similar: it says "Sims Delivery content not installed" on MacOS, even though I've purchased every DLC and updated.
I have:
- cleared Origin cache
- cleared Sims 4 cache
- repaired the game
- checked every DLC to make sure that it's downloaded.
I notice that one of the lots that causes this error for me is Artist's Paradise by Emmmarose13, on the gallery. This might be completely unrelated and an application bug (with Sims 4 Tray Importer), but I do notice that when I look at the lot with Sims 4 Tray Importer, it reports many objects as not being installed. EG, it claims that the "Rack for all Rags" object from EP01 (inside EP01's ClientDeltaBuild0.package, 133B1) isn't installed. It is, it appears both in-game and in that file with the same hexadecimal ID.
