I disable mods..
Do you have the issue on every save you try or just a specific one ?

You can attach the txt file to your post directly.Please also try deleting the localthumbcache file after disabling mods. That can still cause issues.
As you suggested, I deleted all mods.
Thanks, but my new PC is 2021 gaming model AMD 5800H, RTX 3060, 16GB. it is impossible that doesn't meet the SIMS 4 minimum requirements.
