Cozy Celebrations: Not Enough EP to Claim All Rewards

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure it can be recreated. There must be a goal I completed but just didn't receive points for, but because the event can't be repeated, that means I've just been locked out of a reward I've rightfully earned.
What happens when the bug occurs? I've completed all of the available events but I don't have enough event points to claim all available rewards.
What do you expect to see? To be able to claim all available rewards. Other players have been able to earn enough points to claim up to the Cozy Autumnal Wreath, but I'm 50 points short, despite having completed all available goals.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
I've been completing all the event goals for the current event, but somehow I've fallen behind on event points. I think the issue happened during Quest 4 because it seems like you were supposed to be able to gain 3 rewards during that quest, but I only earned enough for two. I've already tried the steps listed here to see if it made any difference, but doing so didn't let me repeat any part of the event. I'm just stuck with all goals completed and 50 EP shy of claiming the reward.
