Cozy Celebrations: Wraths can't be claimed on menu although button available

I've done every task necessary and it showed that the two rewards were eligible for me to collect. But, when i went to collect it-it only let me collect the hedge. Now it just shows the wreath being ...

    Hey all!

    As it needs to go into a Sim's inventory you'll claim the Cozy Festive Wreath from the in-game event screen, not from the event tab on the main menu.

I'm so frustrated because I'm doing all the task for cozy celebration on Sims 4 and I can't find me rewards ANYWHERE. I'm playing on PS5. Please help
