Cozy Celebrations: Wraths can't be claimed on menu although button available

I've done every task necessary and it showed that the two rewards were eligible for me to collect. But, when i went to collect it-it only let me collect the hedge. Now it just shows the wreath being ...

    Hey all!

    As it needs to go into a Sim's inventory you'll claim the Cozy Festive Wreath from the in-game event screen, not from the event tab on the main menu.

I have been playing the sims4 cozy celebrations reward event and although it says i'm able to claim rewards when i click claim nothing happens. I tried doing it on my xbox and then i even download it on my computer just so i could make a new family and try to claim it that way and nothing has work, its so frustrating when I enjoy this event and I did all the work to claim the reward prizes and it doesn't function, kind of makes me not want to continue trying to claim the other rewards

    Hi @brlamboy 

    Since these are inventory items, try claiming these rewards from the in-game menu instead of the event tab from the main menu. 

    If you're still not able to claim the items there, please let us know!
