What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own every single expansion pack, game pack, stuff pack and kits with the exception of the Casanova Cave kit, Secret Sanctuary kit, Comfy Gamer Kit, Sweet Slumber Party kit, Cozy Kitsch Kit, Urban Homage kit, First Fits kit, Incheon Arrivals kit, Fashion Street kit, Carnaval Streetwear kit, Moonlight Chic kit and the Modern Menswear kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Once you access and open the game, you can enter "New game" and by using external functions from the game such as turning up your volume on your computer or your caps lock key, you will encounter the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I use an external function, such as turning up the volume on my computer, the volume bar shows up over the game in the center bottom of the screen which then makes it glitchy. The game runs fine but the pop-up stays on the screen with the glitchy texture. To make it disappear, you must exit the game fully. Once you do that and return if you repeat the same action, it will happen again.
What do you expect to see? I expect the pop-up to appear and then disappear without causing any visual issues or glitches when used.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I recently updated my computer's system, and it was quite the large and long update. But I have doubts that this is the issues because concurrently I updated the sims prior to updating my computer's system. Another note to make is that this glitch only occurs within the Sims 4 game itself and nowhere else on my computer.
