Dark Skin tones textures around nose/eyes/mouth (Patch 1.69)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Journey to Batuu, Fitness, Bowling Night and Movie Hangout Stuff. I also have no Kits except for the Desert Luxe Kit I got for free during the promotion.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a Sim. Select the affected skin tone/s.
What happens when the bug occurs? A line appears around the Sim's mouth and chin that is not present on most of the skin tones.
What do you expect to see? The models to be consistent when rendering skin tones.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Mod note - play through Origin. Did not bring CC/mods over to new device when I swapped devices.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into create a sim and select darker skin tones.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims skin as discoloration around the nose and mouth
What do you expect to see? When I select a darker skin tone I expect it not to have any visual errors like the lighter skin tones.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

As you can see a red/pinkish lines appear around the nose and mouth and also slightly around the check area, this issue only seems to be on darker skin tones from what I can see on my system, I play the game in ultra and have no cc or mods, my game is up to date as of 7/6/2023  game 1.98.158.1020.
