Date glitch: dates cancelling automatically

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.91.205.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, Cottage Living, Cats & Dogs, Werewolves, Seasons, City Living, Parenthood
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get invited to a date or invite another sim for a date.
What happens when the bug occurs? When a sim gets invited to a date or invites another sim for a date, the event cancels by itself right after it gets initiated. A notification pops up saying that the date was unsuccessful.
What do you expect to see? Dates should end when the clock goes out or when I manually cancel them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This bug may have started occurring after buying Werewolves or Cottage Living.
