Dating status keeps disappearing

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except kits, journey to batuu, vintage glamour, and luxury party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a high enough romance with another sim, ask them to be girlfriend/boyfriend, keep playing for a few days, then check their sims profile and you'll notice that the dating status is now gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? I make one of my sims get into a relationship and then a few days later they are no longer dating and the option to ask to be boyfriend/girlfriend is gone.
What do you expect to see? Dating status should stay until they break up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
It originally happened with two of my teen sims who were supposed to be dating and I've tested it in a new save and the same thing happens so idk whats up.
