I just read your report after posting my own, somewhat similar, report about failed grocery delivery. I noticed in your report you state that you have your door locked. This may be why you are having the issue. In my issue the delivery person will not enter the house to delivery my groceries. Instead, he stands outside and then puts the bag into this own, personal inventory. I then have to use MCCC cleaner option to move his inventory to my household inventory in order to get my grocery bag. You should try unlocking your door to see if that helps resolve your issue.
