I tested this: new folder, made one sim, moved them to lot Honeydew Fields in Britechester, enrolled in university, joined soccer team, levelled up to Starter, when they can play soccer games. Played one game 10 times over, by saving and reloading it. The first one they were at Foxbury commons when soccer practice started; the other times they went there from home lot. 3/10 games they came home early, ca at 8pm, before the set time of 6 pm-9 pm; and directly after I had made a choice presented at the Soccer Game Moment pop-up screen. I always picked the top choice.
When they were sent home early, there were no notification on winning/losing the game, as with the other times. Also coinciding was the moodlet Soccer Injury; which the sim did not have the times they stayed till 9 pm, and won/lost the game.
@ashleighelissa Did your sim also have the Soccer Injury moodlet all the times they were sent home early? Did you get any notifications on winning/losing the game?
Have you never experienced a time when they played till 9 pm (the time the soccer is scheduled to end)?
@DonroaAkashu My sim almost constantly has the soccer injury moodlet so it was in place before being sent home early. I never got any notifications about winning or losing. I’ve never had a game go until 9pm always get sent early and it’s always after prompts.
@ashleighelissa Thanks. Does it happen if you try it again when your sim does not have the moodlet Soccer Injury when soccer starts?

@ashleighelissa I played around with your save a bit and it seems there's two issues here.
Certain Chance cards seem to in fact end the game prematurely (for me it was one where my Sim got insured which I don't' find entirely unrealistitc.) and I think once when the Sim scored a goal but I find it a bit hard to tell if it that was the game being over anyways (cause on fast forward)There seems another issue, which we have a thread here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-DU-No-winning-losing-soccer-game-moodlet-outside/td-p/8576695 where winning/loosing moodlet doesn't appear.
This happened to me each time the Sim had the injury moodlet. When I removed it, the winning/loosing appeared with no issues.
