[DL] Decidely neutral curtain mount not snapping between curtains

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.112.481.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Many, incl desert luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place the desert luxe decidedly neutral curtains of any length so that it snaps to the window . Then try to place the decidedly neutral curtain mount next to it.
What happens when the bug occurs? It wont snap to the curtains
What do you expect to see? Snapping it to the same height as the curtain. i.e. acting as a curtain and not as a shelf.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
The decidely neutral curtain mount will not snap between the decidedly neutral curtains, that are in turn snapped to a window.
