[DO] [IL] NPC's washing dishes in restaurant and my home

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every expansion pack, all game packs except vampires, werewolves and batuu. every stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going to a restaurant or living in the shipwreck in Sulani.
What happens when the bug occurs? the npc guests start helping the waiters to clean the dishes and will not sit at a table. also in the Sulani world npc's start randomly entering my house (the shipwreck) and cleaning up the island and my house
What do you expect to see? for the restaurant: let the waiters do the cleaning and the npc guests eat for the shipwreck lot in Sulani: stop randomly cleaning the island and stop entering my home without knocking.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. this is happening since i installed the Lovestruck EP or maybe after the latest update, i'm not entirely sure.
