Dog can’t use door

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, Discover University, Island Living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get to Work, Vampires, My First Pet, Laundry Day

What happens when the bug occurs? Ask dog to go potty or let out and it won’t go through any door to go outside
What do you expect to see? The dog to go through the door or doggy door
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have to pick up the dog, take him outside, ask him to go potty, then pick him up again and take him inside. Just started today that I know of. I did check to see if it was locked on the animal but it’s not.
