[DU] Camera refuses to go down while in underground level on Foxbury Commons Lot

I tested this and you are absolutely right.  The camera just won't go down in a basement level properly on this lot (Larry's Lagoon, Foxbury Commons).  It just wants to stay just above the ceiling line on any basement level.  And when you try to zoom it, the camera keeps popping up to that level no matter what you do.  It happens in both build and live modes too so following a sim in live mode is difficult as well.  I've not seen it happen on any other lot in the game so there is something off on this lot as far as I can tell.
