@JessicaBaum910 Moved this to the bug forum. Not sure if you meant to but you posted the same pic twice.

I tested this in my game and it's fine for me so question: Do you play with laptop mode on ?

    I wasn't sure so I went into my settings to check, I play with laptop mode off. But then I realized I should play around with them to see if there's a setting that fixes it. I increased the graphics setting for Sims and it's fine now. That should have occurred to me earlier. I apologize to anyone whose time was wasted by my question. Thank you.

      @JessicaBaum910 It's fine. It's still a bug. It shouldn't happen even on low settings but it's good to know

      What was your Sims setting before when the error occurred ?

        @crinrict It was set on Low. When I bumped it up to medium it worked properly.
