[DU] Graduation ceremony ar different times for the same program and university

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Norsk
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except Journey To Batuu, Bust the Dust, Courtyard Oasis, Fashion Street, Blooming Rooms, Modern Menswear.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have to or more sims attend the same program at the university
What happens when the bug occurs? Their graduation ceremonies happen at different times, even when my sims attend the same program at the same university.
What do you expect to see? My sims graduation ceremony happen at the same time, when attending the same program at the same university.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I first had my sims study Economy at The Foxburry Institute, and their graduation was 3 minutes apart. Luckily the time difference was so small that they both graduated with both diploma and graduation photo.

Now my two sims have studied Comunication at the University Of Britechester. Their graduations are 23 minutes apart, at 10:33 and 10:56. They both traveled to attended the same ceremony, but only my second sim (graduating at 10:56) attended the actual ceremony at got the portrait, my first sim (graduating at 10:33) was standing outside the whole time, and only participated when throwing their hats in the air.

Edit: I re-loaded the save, and clicked on the building to have my sims participate in the ceremony, and they both got their graduation photo and diploma.

  • I assume different time is by design so that you can choose whether to follow or not for each sim separately.
Sims in the exact same program often have their class schedule differ, so nothing says they must graduate at the same time.

The gllitch you described exists tho, I had up to 8 sims graduate the same day and attend ceremonies set minutes apart with 1 or 2 of them glitching out of it randomly and not getting a portrait.
I doubt same time setting is what would prevent it from happening.

@jacknifelee It’s been a while since I last had two sims in university at the same time, but I’m sure I remember their graduation being at the same time as long as they were attending the same university.
